With a Professional Engineer on our staff who is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, we can produce systems which comply with all applicable codes and ASHRAE and SMACNA standards. Our services include advanced Practicad/CAM (3D computer-aided design and manufacturing) processes in ductwork and related plasma-arc-cutting and fabricating. We are and always have been a progressive company embracing new technology and ways of doing things. We have been successfully doing mechanical building work for 39 years. Our business includes mechanical design, sheet metal, piping, insulation, controls & balance work. Engineering and design is done in house by our staff, fabrication by our shop, and installation by our field crews, which makes us an excellent choice for design build work as the entire coordination effort is all under one roof for the entire mechanical package. This also allows us the ability to comply with extremely tight job schedules and provides a coordinated, properly operating and a timely end product.

STANDARD PROCESSES
Include:
Our standard processes are: shearing, bending, rolling, punching, perforating and welding mild steel up to 1/4-inch thick, stainless steel up to 3/16-inch thick. Welding processes are shielded Metal Arch (stick welding), Gas Tungsten Arc (TIG), Gas Metal Arch (MIG), and Carbon Arc, plus plasma arc cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel and other metals up to ½-inch thickness. When required we also provide certified procedures and welders.
