HISTORY
In 1982 the husband and wife team of Kenneth C. Kotchey and Irene N. Kotchey formed K & I Sheet Metal, Incorporated, a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise. After outgrowing the space in their garage, in 1984 the corporation moved to a small building in Sharpsburg. In 1994, K & I moved to their current 17,000 square-foot manufacturing and office facility at 2010 Chapman Street. Started by a team of four, K & I Sheet Metal, Inc, now has 19 full-time employees.
